This week was another high-impact one for Q-Collar athletes. Check out the highlights below.

NCAA Football:

  • University of Texas Linebacker DeMarvion Overshown contributed 8 total tackles, 6 of them being solo tackles, in the Longhorns’ 52-10 victory over the University of Louisiana-Monroe. Check out these photos of Overshown from the game!
  • Boston College Linebacker and defensive captain Vinny DePalma registered 9 total tackles, 5 solo, in the Eagles’ nail-biter 22-21 loss to Rutgers. The captain hyped up his teammates pregame, resulting in this awesome shot!
  • Tulane University Quarterback Michael Pratt kicked off the season with a statement performance, completing 12 passes for 164 Yards and 2 Touchdowns as well as rushing for 55 Yards and 1 TD during The Green Wave’s 42-10 victory over UMASS. Major League Soccer:

  • San Jose Earthquakes Striker Jeremy Ebobisse continued his scoring ways, netting the first goal in San Jose’s 2-0 victory over the Vancouver Whitecaps!

Premier Lacrosse League:

  • Michael Sowers was instrumental in the Waterdogs’ 19-14 upset victory over the Atlas, netting 3 goals and logging 2 assists, including this beauty!
  • Chaos Defenseman Jack Rowlett shined in their massive 11-3 upset of the Chrome! Rowlett registered 1 caused turnover and won 1 ground ball during the game!
  • Marcus Holman anchored the Archers’ offense in their 13-8 victory over the Redwoods, netting a hat-trick – this one was our favorite!
