Q-Collar Week in Review (10/21/24) - Q30

This week was loaded with high-impact performances from athletes wearing the Q-Collar. Check out their highlights below.

NFL Football:

  • Cincinnati Bengals Defensive End Sam Hubbard made 3 tackles, including a sack, and recorded his first-career interception in the Bengals’ 21-14 win over the Cleveland Browns. Linebacker Logan Wilson, made 10 tackles and Running Back Zack Moss rushed for 7 yards on 6 attempts.
  • Los Angeles Rams Safety Quentin Lake made a team-high 9 tackles in the Rams’ 20-15 victory over the Las Vegas Raiders. Lake’s teammate, Tight End Colby Parkinson, made 2 catches for 32 yards in the win.
  • Detroit Lions Linebacker Malcolm Rodriguez made 7 tackles, including a sack and this stop, in the Lions’ 31-29 win over the Minnesota Vikings.
  • On the opposition, Minnesota Vikings Cornerback Byron Murphy Jr. made 2 tackles in the Vikings’ 31-29 loss to the Detroit Lions. 
  • Kansas City Chiefs Safety Jaden Hicks made 1 tackle and recorded his first-career interception in the Chiefs’ 28-18 win over the San Francisco 49ers. Hicks’ teammate, Linebacker Drue Tranquill, made 3 tackles in the win.
  • Tennessee Titans Running Back Tony Pollard rushed for 61 yards on 16 attempts in the Titans’ 34-10 loss to the Buffalo Bills. In the contest, Pollard eclipsed 4,000 career rushing yards. Pollard’s teammate, Tight End Nick Vannett, caught 4 passes for 25 yards in the loss.
  • On the other side, Buffalo Bills Safety Taylor Rapp made 7 tackles in the Bills’ 34-10 win over the Tennessee Titans. Rapp’s teammate, Tight End Dalton Kincaid, caught 3 passes for 52 yards, including this 26-yard reception in the win.
  • Indianapolis Colts Linebacker Segun Olubi made 5 tackles in the Colts’ 16-10 win over the Miami Dolphins.
  • New Orleans Saints Tight End Juwan Johnson made 3 catches for 18 yards in the Saints’ 33-10 loss to the Denver Broncos.
  • Houston Texans Tight End Dalton Schultz logged 1 reception for 28 yards in the Texans’ 24-22 loss to the Green Bay Packers.
  • New York Jets Cornerback Ahmad “Sauce” Gardner made 1 tackle and logged 1 pass deflection in the Jets’ 37-15 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
  • New England Patriots Safety Jaylinn Hawkins made 1 tackle in the Patriots’ 32-16 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars.

NCAA Football:

  • Clemson University Running Back Phil Mafah rushed for 78 yards and 2 touchdowns, including this score, on 18 attempts in the Tigers’ 48-31 win over the University of Virginia. Mafah also caught 1 pass for 22 yards in the win.
  • Michigan State University Running Back Nathan Carter Jr. rushed for 49 yards and a touchdown on 9 attempts in the Spartans’ 32-20 victory over the University of Iowa. Carter Jr.’s teammate, Linebacker Jordan Turner, made 6 tackles, including a tackle-for-loss in the win. 
  • University of Memphis Linebacker Chandler Martin made a team-high 10 tackles, including .5 sacks, a forced fumble, and an interception in the Tigers’ 52-44 win over the University of North Texas.
  • On the opposition, University of North Texas Linebacker Ethan Wesloski made 6 tackles in the Mean Green’s 52-44 loss to the University of Memphis.
  • Notre Dame Linebacker Drayk Bowen made a team-high 9 tackles in the Fighting Irish’s 31-13 win over Georgia Tech.
  • University of Colorado Safety Cam’Ron Silmon-Craig made 7 tackles and logged a pass deflection in the Buffaloes’ 34-7 victory over the University of Arizona. 
  • University of Wisconsin Linebacker Jake Chaney made 6 tackles, including a tackle-for-loss, in the Badgers’ 23-3 win over Northwestern University.
  • Baylor University Defensive Lineman Treven Ma’ae made 2 tackles in the Bears’ 59-35 victory over Texas Tech University.

MLS Soccer:

  • San Jose Earthquakes Striker Jeremy Ebobisse started and contributed to the Earthquakes’ offensive efforts in their 3-1 loss to LAFC.

NWSL Soccer:

  • Angel City FC Defender Megan Reid started and played all 90 minutes of their 1-1 draw against Utah Royals FC. Reid’s teammate, Midfielder Rocky Rodriguez, subbed-in and contributed to Angel City’s offensive and defensive efforts in the draw.
  • Bay FC Defender Emily Menges started and played all 90 minutes of their 1-0 win over the North Carolina Courage.
