Collared Up athletes across professional and collegiate sports showed up big this past week. Check out some of their highlights below.
National Football League
- Buffalo Bills Tight End Dalton Kincaid had 2 catches for 34 yards in the Bills’ 23-20 loss to the Houston Texans.
- On the opposition, Texans Tight End Dalton Schultz had 4 receptions for 34 yards in the win.
- Cincinnati Bengals Running Back Zack Moss rushed for 24 yards in the Bengals’ 41-38 OT loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Moss’ teammate, Defensive End Sam Hubbard, recorded 9 tackles and a sack in the loss as well as a safety. Linebacker Logan Wilson also recorded 9 tackles.
- Over in London, Minnesota Vikings Cornerback Byron Murphy Jr. logged 5 tackles and a defended pass in the Vikings’ 23-17 win against the New York Jets
- On the other side, Jets Running Back Braelon Allen recorded 13 rushing yards on 5 attempts in the loss.
- Chicago Bears Safety Jaquon Brisker logged 5 tackles and a forced fumble in the Bears’ 36-10 win against the Carolina Panthers.
- LA Rams Tight End Colby Parkinson had 7 receptions for 52 yards in the Rams’ 24-19 loss to the Green Bay Packers.
- Arizona Cardinals Safety Budda Baker logged 12 tackles in the Cardinals’ upset 24-23 win over the San Francisco 49ers.
- New York Giants Linebacker Isaiah Simmons recorded a tackle and a blocked field goal attempt to help the Giants to a 29-20 win over the Seattle Seahawks.
NCAA Football
- Michigan State Running Back Nate Carter rushed for 11 yards on 5 carries in the Spartans’ 31-10 loss to Oregon. Carter’s teammate, Jordan Turner, logged 7 total tackles in the loss.
- Clemson Running Back Phil Mafah played lights out with 154 rushing yards on 25 carries and one reception in the Tigers’ 29-13 win over FSU. Mafah was named Tiger of the Week for his performance.
Major League Soccer
- San Jose Earthquakes Forward Jeremy Ebobisse started and contributed to the Earthquakes 1-0 loss to Real Salt Lake.
National Women’s Soccer League
- Bay FC Defender Emily Menges started and contributed to Bay FC’s 5-0 loss to Gotham FC.
