Q-Collar Week in Review (11/11/24) - Q30

This week was loaded with exciting performances from athletes wearing the Q-Collar. Check out some of their highlights below.

National Football League:

  • Buffalo Bills Safety Taylor Rapp recorded 7 tackles, 1 pass deflection, and an interception in the Bills’ 30-20 win over the Indianapolis Colts. Rapp’s teammate, Tight End Dalton Kincaid made 2 catches for 24 yards in the win.
  • Minnesota Vikings Cornerback Byron Murphy Jr. logged 1 tackle, 1 pass deflection, and an interception in the Vikings’ 12-7 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
  • Cincinnati Bengals Linebacker Logan Wilson made 8 tackles, including a tackle-for-loss, in the Bengals’ 35-34 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Defensive End Sam Hubbard, made 1 tackle in the loss.
  • On the opposition, Baltimore Ravens Tight End Charlie Kolar caught 1 pass for 4 yards in the Ravens’ 35-34 win over the Cincinnati Bengals.
  • Tampa Bay Buccaneers Safety Antoine Winfield Jr. made 20 total tackles and logged 1 pass deflection across the Buccaneers' two matchups, a pair of losses to the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers. Winfield Jr.'s teammate, Wide Receiver Sterling Shepard, caught 5 total passes for 55 total yards across the two contests.
  • Houston Texans Tight End Dalton Schultz caught 3 passes for 66 yards, including this 32-yard pickup, in the Texans’ 26-23 loss to the Detroit Lions.
  • Los Angeles Chargers Cornerback Elijah Molden made 8 tackles in the Chargers’ 27-17 win over the Tennessee Titans.
  • On the other side, Tennessee Titans Running Back Tony Pollard rushed for 44 yards on 9 attempts and caught 4 passes for 19 yards in the Titans’ 27-17 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers.
  • Kansas City Chiefs Linebacker Drue Tranquill made 12 total tackles, including a tackle-for-loss and .5 sacks, across the Chiefs' two matchups, a pair of wins over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Denver Broncos.
  • New Orleans Saints Tight End Juwan Johnson made 2 catches for 22 yards, including this 16-yard pickup, in the Saints’ 20-17 win over the Atlanta Falcons.
  • New York Jets Cornerback Ahmad “Sauce” Gardner made 2 tackles in the Jets’ 31-6 loss to the Arizona Cardinals.
  • New England Patriots Safety Jaylinn Hawkins made 2 tackles, including a tackle-for-loss, in the Patriots’ 19-3 win over the Chicago Bears.
  • New York Giants Linebacker Isaiah Simmons made 2 tackles in the Giants’ 20-17 overtime loss to the Carolina Panthers.

NCAA Football:

  • Clemson University Running Back Phil Mafah rushed for 119 yards on 23 carries in the Tigers’ 24-14 win over Virginia Tech.
  • University of Memphis Linebacker Chandler Martin made a team-high 11 tackles, logged 1 pass deflection and recovered a fumble in the Tigers’ 27-20 victory over Rice University.
  • University of Maryland Defensive Back Dante Trader Jr. and Linebacker Ruben Hyppolite II made 9 tackles and 5 tackles, respectively, in the Terps’ 39-18 loss to the University of Oregon.
  • Georgia Tech Defensive Back Clayton Powell-Lee made 5 tackles in the Yellow Jackets’ 28-23 win over the University of Miami.
  • University of Colorado Safety Cam’Ron Silmon-Craig made 5 tackles in the Buffaloes’ 41-27 win over Texas Tech University. Silmon-Craig’s teammate, Safety Carter Stoutmire, logged 2 tackles and 1 pass deflection in the win.
  • Notre Dame Linebacker Drayk Bowen made 4 tackles in the Fighting Irish's 52-3 victory over Florida State University.
  • University of North Texas Linebacker Ethan Wesloski made 3 tackles in the Mean Green’s 14-3 loss to Army.
  • Mississippi State University Tight End Justin Ball caught 1 pass for 4 yards in the Bulldogs’ 33-14 loss to the University of Tennessee.
  • University of West Virginia Cornerback Jacolby Spells made 1 tackle in the Mountaineers’ 31-24 win over the University of Cincinnati.

NWSL Soccer:

  • Bay FC Defender Emily Menges started and contributed to Bay FC’s defensive efforts in their 2-1 loss to the Washington Spirit.

NCAA Field Hockey:

  • UCONN Forward Julia Bressler scored the lone goal in the Huskies’ 1-0 victory over Temple University in the Championship Game of the Big East Conference Tournament. The Huskies will face UMASS this weekend in the First Round of the NCAA Field Hockey Tournament.
