National Football League:
- Los Angeles Rams Tight End Colby Parkinson caught 1 pass for a 19-yard touchdown across the Rams’ two contests this past week, a loss to the Miami Dolphins and a victory over the New England Patriots. Parkinson’s teammate, Safety Quentin Lake, logged a combined 18 tackles and 1 pass deflection.
- Buffalo Bills Safety Taylor Rapp logged 6 tackles, 1 pass deflection and an interception in the Bills’ 30-21 win over the Kansas City Chiefs.
- For the Kansas City Chiefs, Linebacker Drue Tranquill made 8 tackles in the Chiefs’ 30-21 loss to the Buffalo Bills. Tranquill’s teammate, Safety Jaden Hicks, made 1 tackle.
- Cincinnati Bengals Linebacker Logan Wilson made 8 tackles in the Bengals’ 34-27 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. Wilson’s teammate, Running Back Khalil Herbert, returned 1 kick for 29 yards.
- For the opposition, Los Angeles Chargers Cornerback Elijah Molden made 4 tackles in the Chargers’ win.
- Minnesota Vikings Cornerback Byron Murphy Jr. recorded 5 tackles, including a tackle-for-loss, in the Vikings’ 23-13 win over the Tennessee Titans.
- On the other side, Tennessee Titans Running Back Tony Pollard rushed for 15 yards on 9 attempts in the Titans’ 23-13 loss to the Green Bay Packers. Pollard’s teammate, Tight End Nick Vannett, caught 1 pass for 6 yards.
- Detroit Lions Linebacker Malcolm Rodriguez made 4 tackles in the Lions’ 52-6 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
- New York Jets Cornerback Ahmad “Sauce” Gardner made 4 tackles in the Jets’ 28-27 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. Gardner’s teammate, Running Back Braelon Allen, rushed for 6 yards on 2 attempts in the loss.
- Chicago Bears Running Back Travis Homer made 1 special teams tackle in the Bears’ 20-19 loss to the Green Bay Packers.
- Baltimore Ravens Tight End Charlie Kolar made 1 special teams tackle in the Ravens’ 18-16 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
NCAA Football:
- Michigan State University Running Back Nathan Carter Jr., rushed for 19 yards on 6 attempts and caught 5 passes for 29 yards and a touchdown in the Spartans’ 38-16 loss to the University of Illinois. Carter’s teammate, Linebacker Jordan Turner, made 6 tackles, including a tackle-for-loss, in the loss.
- University of Colorado Safety Cam’Ron Silmon-Craig made a team-high 7 tackles in the Buffaloes’ 49-24 victory over the University of Utah. Silmon-Craig’s teammate, Safety Carter Stoutmire, made 1 tackle in the win.
- University of Wisconsin Linebacker Jake Chaney made 7 tackles in the Badgers’ 16-13 loss to the University of Oregon.
- University of Maryland Defensive Back Dante Trader Jr. made 6 tackles and logged 1 pass deflection in the Terps’ 31-17 loss to Rutgers University. Trader Jr.’s teammate, Linebacker Ruben Hyppolite II, made 3 tackles, including a tackle-for-loss, in the loss.
- University of North Texas Linebacker Ethan Wesloski made 6 tackles, including .5 sacks, in the Mean Green’s 48-27 loss to the University of Texas-San Antonio.
- Baylor University Linebacker Kyler Jordan made 3 tackles, including a tackle-for-loss, in the Bears’ 49-35 win over the University of West Virginia.
- Clemson University Running Back Phil Mafah rushed for 17 yards on 17 attempts and caught 2 passes for 2 yards in the Tigers’ 24-20 victory over the University of Pittsburgh.
- Notre Dame Linebacker Drayk Bowen made 1 tackle in the Fighting Irish’s 35-14 win over the University of Virginia.
- Colorado State University Tight End Vince Brown II made 1 catch for 4 yards in the Rams’ 24-10 win over the University of Wyoming.
NCAA Women’s Volleyball:
- University of Oklahoma Middle Blocker Lydia Martyn recorded 3 kills, 2 block assists and 5 points in the Sooners’ 3-0 loss to Texas A&M University.
NCAA Women’s Basketball:
- Middle Tennessee State University Forward Elina Arike logged 8 total points, including this finish off the rebound, and logged 9 total rebounds across the Blue Raiders’ two matchups this week, a loss to the University of Tennessee and a win over Alcorn State.
