2024 PLL Draft Presented by Q-Collar:

NCAA Men’s Lacrosse:

NCAA Women’s Lacrosse:

  • University of Maryland Midfielder Shaylan Ahearn scored 2 total goals, recorded 1 total assist and recorded 19 total draw controls across the Terps’ two matchups, a 17-1 victory over Robert Morris University and a 17-7 victory over James Madison University in the first two rounds of the 2024 NCAA Women’s Lacrosse Tournament. Ahearn’s teammate, Attacker Victor Hensch, scored 1 total goal across the two contests. Goalkeeper Emily Sterling recorded 6 saves and the win against James Madison University. For their respective performances throughout the season, Ahearn and Sterling were both named Third-Team All-Americans and Sterling was awarded the Big Ten Conference Medal of Honor.
  • Syracuse University Defender Katie Goodale recovered 2 ground balls, caused 1 turnover and recorded 2 draw controls in the Orange’s 15-10 win over Stony Brook University. For her performance throughout the season, Goodale was named a First-Team All-American.

MLS Soccer:

  • San Jose Earthquakes Striker Jeremy Ebobisse started and contributed to the Earthquakes’ offensive efforts in their 3-2 victory over the Colorado Rapids.

NWSL Soccer:

  • Angel City FC Defender Megan Reid and Midfielder Rocky Rodriguez both started and played all 90 minutes of Angel City’s 1-0 loss to the Houston Dash. For her performance, Rodriguez was named Player of the Match.
  • Portland Thorns FC Defender Megan Klingenberg subbed-into and contributed to Portland’s defensive efforts in their 4-0 victory over Seattle Reign FC.

MLB Baseball:

  • San Francisco Giants Catcher Patrick Bailey went 1 for 3 with a RBI single in the one game he appeared in this week, a 5-1 victory over the Cincinnati Reds.
