On the heels of an action-packed PLL All-Star Game Weekend, we're recapping all the Q-Collar action. Check out some of their highlights below.
Premier Lacrosse League:
- Boston Cannons Attackman Marcus Holman scored 4 goals, including this bottom-corner snipe and this 2-point finish, in the East’s 15-12 victory over the West. For his performance, Holman earned MVP of the 2024 PLL All-Star Game. Holman also won the Accuracy Challenge in the PLL All-Star Weekend Skills Competition.
- California Redwoods Attackman Rob Pannell scored a goal and caused a turnover in the West’s 15-12 loss to the East.
- Utah Archers Faceoff Specialist Mike Sisselberger, scored an unassisted goal immediately off a faceoff, and went 7 for 15 on Faceoff Attempts in the West’s 15-12 loss
- Denver Outlaws Attackman Brennan O’Neill recorded an assist in the loss.
- Carolina Chaos Defenseman Jack Rowlett made an incredible over-the-head check to cause a turnover in the loss.
- Utah Archers Goaltender Brett Dobson made 9 saves and recovered 5 ground balls in the loss.
- Carolina Chaos Attackman Jules Heningburg recovered 1 ground ball in the loss.
MLS Soccer:
- San Jose Earthquakes Striker Jeremy Ebobisse started and contributed to San Jose’s offensive efforts in their 2-1 loss to Sporting Kansas City.
- FC Dallas Defender Omar Gonzalez subbed-in and contributed to FC Dallas’ defensive efforts in their 2-0 victory over the LA Galaxy.
MILB Baseball:
- Durham Bulls (Tampa Bay Rays AAA Affiliate) Catcher Logan Driscoll went 6 for 20 with 2 doubles, including this one to bring home a run, and 2 runs batted in across the 5 games he appeared in, all against the Charlotte Knights (Chicago White Sox AAA Affiliate).
