Q-Collar Week in Review (9/30/24) - Q30

This week was yet another high-impact week for athletes wearing the Q-Collar. Check out some of their highlights below.

National Football League:

  • Buffalo Bills Tight End Dalton Kincaid caught a combined 8 passes for 88 total yards and a touchdown across the Bills’ two games this week, a win over the Jacksonville Jaguars and a loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Kincaid’s teammate, Safety Taylor Rapp, made a combined 3 tackles across the two contests.
  • Cincinnati Bengals Running Back Zack Moss rushed for 109 total yards and a touchdown on 27 total attempts, and caught 9 total passes for a combined 66 yards, which included this 21-yard pickup and a touchdown, across the Bengals’ two games this week, a loss to the Washington Commanders and a win over the Carolina Panthers. Linebacker Logan Wilson and Defensive End Sam Hubbard, made 19 total tackles and 5 total tackles, respectively, across the two contests.
  • Cleveland Browns Tight End Blake Whiteheart made 2 catches for 8 yards and a touchdown in the Browns’ loss to the Raiders.
  • Minnesota Vikings Cornerback Byron Murphy Jr. recorded 7 tackles, 2 pass deflections and an interception in the Vikings’ 31-29 win over the Green Bay Packers.
  • Chicago Bears Safety Jaquan Brisker logged a team-high 12 tackles, including a sack and 2 tackles-for-loss, as well as a pass deflection and an interception in the Bears’ 24-18 victory over the Los Angeles Rams.
  • On the opposition, Los Angeles Rams Tight End Colby Parkinson made 4 catches for 33 yards, including this 11-yard pickup, in the Rams’ 24-18 loss to the Chicago Bears. Parkinson’s teammate, Safety Quentin Lake, made 6 tackles, including a sack, in the loss.
  • Los Angeles Chargers Cornerback Elijah Molden logged 8 tackles and recovered a fumble in the Chargers’ 17-10 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Molden’s teammate, Wide Receiver Joshua Palmer, caught 3 passes for 36 yards and Wide Receiver Simi Fehoko made 1 tackle on special teams.
  • On the opposition, Kansas City Chiefs Linebacker Drue Tranquill made a team-high 10 tackles, including a tackle-for-loss, in the Chiefs’ 17-10 win over the Los Angeles Chargers.
  • Arizona Cardinals Safety Budda Baker made a team-high 14 tackles in the Cardinals’ 42-14 loss to the Washington Commanders.
  • Houston Texans Tight End Dalton Schultz caught 3 passes for 34 yards in the Texans’ 24-20 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
  • New York Jets Running Back Braelon Allen rushed for 34 yards on 8 carries in the Jets' 10-9 loss to the Denver Broncos.
  • New Orleans Saints Tight End Juwan Johnson caught 2 passes for 13 yards in the Saints’ 26-24 loss to the Atlanta Falcons.
  • Carolina Panthers Linebacker Shaq Thompson made 5 tackles in the Panthers’ 34-24 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.

NCAA Football:

  • University of Colorado Safety Cam’Ron Silmon-Craig logged 5 tackles, a pass deflection, and a 93-yard fumble recovery for a touchdown in the Buffaloes’ 48-21 victory over the University of Central Florida.
  • Michigan State University Linebacker Jordan Turner made a team-high 9 tackles, including .5 tackles-for-loss, and recorded an interception in the Spartans’ 38-7 loss to The Ohio State University. Turner’s teammate, Running Back Nate Carter, rushed for 27 yards on 6 attempts in the loss.
  • University of Memphis Linebacker Chandler Martin made 6 tackles, including a sack, and recovered a fumble in the Tigers’ 24-7 win over Middle Tennessee State University.
  • University of Minnesota Linebacker Maverick Baronowski made a team-high 9 tackles, including a tackle-for-loss, in the Gophers' 27-24 loss to the University of Michigan.
  • Clemson University Running Back Phil Mafah rushed for 58 yards on 10 attempts in the Tigers’ 40-14 win over Stanford University.
  • UCLA Cornerback KJ Wallace made 7 tackles, including a tackle-for-loss, in the Bruins’ 34-13 loss to the University of Oregon.
  • Baylor University Defensive Lineman Treven Ma’ae logged 6 tackles in the Bears’ 34-28 loss to Brigham Young University.
  • University of Maryland Linebacker Ruben Hyppolite II made 6 tackles, including .5 tackles-for-loss, in the Terps’ 42-28 loss to Indiana University. Hyppolite II’s teammate, Defensive Back Dante Trader Jr., made 2 tackles in the loss.
  • Notre Dame Linebacker Drayk Bowen made 5 tackles, including a tackle-for-loss
  • Mississippi State University Tight End Justin Ball made 2 catches for 6 yards in the Bulldogs’ 35-13 loss to the University of Texas.
  • University of Wisconsin Linebacker Jake Chaney made 3 tackles in the Badgers’ 38-21 loss to the University of Southern California.

 

MLS Soccer:

  • San Jose Earthquakes Striker Jeremy Ebobisse started and contributed to San Jose’s offensive efforts in their 3-0 loss to CF Montreal.
  • FC Dallas Defender Omar Gonzalez started and contributed to FC Dallas’ defensive efforts in their 3-1 loss to Orlando City SC.

NWSL Soccer:

  • Angel City FC Defender Megan Reid started and played all 90 minutes of Angel City’s 2-1 loss to the Washington Spirit. Midfielder Rocky Rodriguez subbed-in and contributed to Angel City’s offensive and defensive efforts in the loss.
  • Bay FC Defender Emily Menges started and played all 90 minutes of their 1-0 loss to Seattle Reign FC.

MLB Baseball:

  • Tampa Bay Rays Catcher Logan Driscoll went 1 for 7 across the four games he appeared in this week, two against the Detroit Tigers and two against the Boston Red Sox.
