National Football League

  • Kansas City Chiefs Linebacker Drue Tranquill totaled 4 tackles in the Chiefs Thursday Night Football win over the Baltimore Ravens.
  • In his Titans debut, Running Back Tony Pollard had 16 carries for 82 yards and a touchdown, as well as 12 receiving yards, in the Titans’ 24-17 loss to the Chicago Bears. He officially has over 5,000 career rushing yards and 30 career touchdowns. Pollard’s teammate, Tight End Nick Vannett, had 2 catches for 11 yards in the loss.
  • On the other side, Bears Running Back Khalil Herbert had 2 carries for 4 yards in the win. Herbert’s teammate, fellow Running Back Travis Homer, also had 2 carries for 10 yards. Safety Jaquan Brisker totaled 10 tackles in the win.
  • Buffalo Bills Tight End Dalton Kincaid had 1 catch for 11 yards in the Bills’ 34-28 win over the Arizona Cardinals. Kincaid’s teammate, Safety Taylor Rapp, recorded 5 tackles in the win.
  • Houston Texans Tight End Dalton Schultz had 3 targets for 16 yards in the Texans’ 29-17 win over the Indianapolis Colts.
  • New England Patriots Safety Jaylinn Hawkins recorded 1 solo tackle in the Patriots 16-10 win over the Cincinnati Bengals.
  • On the other side, Bengals Running Back Zack Moss had 9 carries for 44 yards and a touchdown, as well as 17 receiving yards, in the loss. Moss’s teammate, Linebacker Logan Wilson, had 7 solo tackles.

  • Minnesota Vikings Cornerback Byron Murphy Jr. recorded 9 tackles in the Vikings dominant 28-6 win over the New York Giants. Murphy Jr’s teammate, Fullback CJ Ham, had 2 receptions for 11 yards in the win.
  • Los Angeles Chargers Wide Receiver Joshua Palmer had 2 receptions for 15 yards in the Chargers’ 22-10 win over the Las Vegas Raiders. Palmer’s teammate, Cornerback Elijah Molden, logged 1 tackle in the win.
  • New Orleans Saints Tight End Juwan Johnson had 2 receptions for 26 yards and a touchdown in the Saints’ 47-10 win over the Carolina Panthers.

  • On the opposition, Panthers Linebacker Shaq Thompson totaled 10 tackles in the loss.
  • Tampa Bay Buccaneers Safety Antoine Winfield Jr. recorded 7 tackles in the Bucs’ 37-20 win over the Washington Commanders. His teammate, Defensive End Ben Stille, logged a tackle in the win.
  • Atlanta Falcons rookie Linebacker JD Bertrand logged 1 tackle in the Falcons’ 18-10 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
  • In a Sunday Night Football OT thriller, Los Angeles Rams Tight End Colby Parkinson recorded 4 receptions for 47 yards in the Rams’ 26-20 loss to the Detroit Lions. Parkinson’s teammate, Safety Quentin Lake, totaled 10 tackles in the loss.

NCAA Football

  • Clemson Running Back Phil Mafah had 10 carries for 118 yards and a touchdown in the Tiger’s 66-20 win over Appalachian State.
  • Michigan State Running Back Nate Carter rushed for 63 yards on 11 carries in the Spartans’ 27-24 win over Maryland.
  • On the opposition, Maryland Linebacker Ruben Hyppolite II recorded 8 total tackles in the loss. His teammates, Defensive Backs Dante Trader Jr. and Levain Scruggs, recorded 3 tackles and 1 tackle, respectively.
  • Baylor Running Back Richard Reese rushed for 16 yards and had one catch in the Bear’s 23-12 loss to Utah. His teammate, Defensive Lineman Trevin Ma’ae, recorded 4 tackles in the loss.
  • Memphis Linebacker Chandler Martin recorded 7 total tackles in the Tigers’ 38-17 win over Troy. Martin’s teammate, fellow Linebacker Matt Hudson, had 4 tackles in the win.
  • Miami Linebacker Francisco Mauigoa logged 5 tackles in the Hurricanes' 56-9 win over Florida A&M.

  • Notre Dame Linebacker Drayk Bowen had 7 total tackles in the Fighting Irish’s 16-14 loss to Northern Illinois. Bowen’s teammate, fellow Linebacker Jaylen Sneed, had 4 tackles in the loss.

 

Premier Lacrosse League

  • Utah Archers Goalie Brett Dobson was a brick wall in the Archers’ semifinal game against the Carolina Chaos. Dobson saved 95% of all shots, letting in just one goal, to push the Archers to a 10-1 victory. Dobson’s teammate, FOGO Mike Sisselberger went 46% from the faceoff line and recorded 1 ground ball.
  • On the other side, Chaos Defensemen Jack Rowlett and Will Bowen caused 2 turnovers and picked up 1 ground ball, respectively, in the loss.
  • Atlas Midfielder Bryan Constabile earned 3 points from a 1-point goal and 1 2-point goal in the Atlas’ overtime loss to the Maryland Whipsnakes. 

National Women’s Soccer League

  • Angel City Defender Megan Reid started and contributed to Angel City’s 3-2 loss to Seattle Reign. Reid’s teammate, Midfielder Rocky Rodriguez, started and played 71 minutes of the game.
  • Bay FC Defender Emily Menges started and played all 90 minutes of Bay FC’s 1-0 win over Racing Louisville.
