sports world. Check out their highlights below.
National Football League:
• Los Angeles Rams Running Back Kyren Williams ran for 99 total yards and 1
touchdown on 16 attempts and caught 2 passes for 22 yards in the Rams’ 35-21 win
over the Las Vegas Raiders. Tight End Colby Parkinson caught 5 passes for 48 yards
in the win. Safety Quentin Lake tallied 7 total tackles and 1 pass deflection in the
game.
• Chicago Bears Running Back Roschon Johnson rushed for 13 yards on 2 attempts in
the Bears’ 30-24 win over the New England Patriots.
• Tennessee Titans Running Back Tony Pollard rushed for 129 total yards and 3
touchdowns on 25 attempts and caught 3 passes for 26 yards in the Titans’ 27-24
loss to the Cleveland Browns. Defensive Back Amani Hooker tallied 5 total tackles
in the loss.
• Indianapolis Colts Running Back Seth McGowan ran for 46 yards on 11 attempts
and caught 1 pass for 2 yards in the Colts’ 16-10 loss to the Minnesota Vikings.
• On the opposition, Minnesota Vikings Cornerback Byron Murphy Jr. logged 3 total
tackles and 1 pass deflection in the Vikings’ 16-10 win over the Indianapolis Colts.
Safety Theo Jackson added 5 tackles in the win.
• New York Jets Running Back Braelon Allen rushed for 104 total yards on 17 attempts
and caught 6 passes for 30 yards in the Jets’ 28-25 loss to the Miami Dolphins.
Running Back Isaiah Davis rushed for 5 yards on 1 attempt and caught 3 passes for
49 yards in the defeat.
• Cincinnati Bengals Linebacker Demetrius Knight Jr tallied 8 total tackles, 1 pass
deflection and 1 interception in the Bengals’ 35-13 win over the Baltimore Ravens.
• Kansas City Chiefs Linebacker Drue Tranquill logged 12 total tackles in the Chiefs’
20-3 loss to the Seattle Seahawks.
• Pittsburgh Steelers Safety Jaquan Brisker tallied 3 total tackles in the Steelers’ 16-
10 win over the New Orleans Saints.
• Arizona Cardinals Safety Budda Baker posted 2 tackles in the Cardinals’ 30-16 loss
to the Denver Broncos.
• Houston Texans Tight End Dalton Schultz caught 5 passes for 45 yards in the
Texans’ 27-21 loss to the New York Giants.
NCAA Football:
• Oklahoma State University Linebacker Ethan Wesloski tallied 8 total tackles, which
included 2 tackles-for-loss and 2 sacks, in the Cowboys’ 57-24 win over the
University of Colorado.
• University of Oklahoma Linebacker Owen Heinecke posted a team-high 10 tackles,
which included 2 tackles-for-loss and 1 sack, in the Sooners’ 23-15 win over the
University of Mississippi.
• Middle Tennessee State University Quarterback Roman Gagliano completed 16/27
passes for 200 yards and 1 touchdown in the Blue Raiders’ 26-23 win over Florida
International University.
• On the opposition, Florida International University Wide Receiver James Resar
caught 1 pass for 12 yards in the Panters’ 26-23 loss to Middle Tennessee State
University.
• Ball State University Linebacker Kaleb Stewart tallied 2 tackles, which included 1
tackle-for-loss and 1 sack, in the Cardinals’ 34-17 win over Sacramento State.
National Hockey League:
• Nashville Predators Defenseman Roman Josi tallied 3 total assists across the
Predators’ three contests this week, a win over the Colorado Avalanche and a pair
of losses to the Boston Bruins and Pittsburgh Penguins.
