Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Q30 offers free domestic shipping for qualifying orders of $35 USD/$60 CAD or over.

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 3:00pm CST. Any orders placed after 12pm will be shipped out the following business day. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not currently offer shipping services for P.O. boxes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shipment confirmations are sent as soon as the carrier has the shipment in their possession. All confirmations will contain the carrier name as well as any tracking information.

Damages

Customize the following: Q30 Innovations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

Currently we do not offer any shipping outside of the US and Canada.
