This week, athletes wearing the Q-Collar shined in the biggest moments across the lacrosse world. Check out some of their highlights below.
PLL Lacrosse:
- New York Atlas Midfielder Bryan Costabile netted 16 total goals, including these finishes (#1 & #2), and logged 5 total assists across the Atlas’ four matchups in the 2025 PLL Championship Series, which ended with a 24-23 Overtime loss to the Boston Cannons in the Semifinals.
- Boston Cannons Attackman Marcus Holman logged 11 total goals, including these scores (#1 & #2) and added 2 total assists across the Cannons’ four matchups this week in the PLL Championship Series. The Cannons advanced to the 2025 PLL Championship Series Final Today against the Utah Archers.
WLL Lacrosse:
- Maryland Charm Forward Alex Aust-Holman logged 1 total goal, Aust-Holman's first in the WLL, and 5 total assists across the Charm’s three matchups in the inaugural WLL Championship Series.
NCAA Men’s Lacrosse:
- Cornell University Attackman Ryan Goldstein scored a goal and added 3 assists in the Big Red’s 18-10 win over Lehigh University.
- UPENN Attackman Cam Rubin scored a goal and added 3 assists in the Quakers’ 8-6 loss to Georgetown University.
- St. Bonaventure University Midfielder Drew Kenney scored 1 goal, the game-winner in overtime, to propel the Bonnies to a 9-8 overtime victory over Mount Saint Mary’s University. Kenney also logged an assist in the win.
- University of Albany Attackman Silas Richmond tallied 7 assists in the Great Danes’ 19-14 loss to Colgate University. Richmond’s teammate, Defenseman Max Neeson, recovered 1 ground ball and caused 1 turnover in the loss.
- On the other side, Colgate University Defenseman Quinn Fitzsimmons also recovered 1 ground ball and caused 1 turnover in the win.
- Princeton University Midfielder Chad Palumbo logged 3 assists in the Tigers’ 11-10 overtime victory over Penn State University. Attackman Nate Kabiri and Defenseman Zach Friedman were also Collared Up, both contributing to the Tigers’ offensive and defensive efforts.
- Marquette University Midfielder Will Foster scored a goal in the Golden Eagles’ 22-9 loss to Notre Dame.
- On the opposition, Notre Dame Attackman Brock Behrman recovered 3 ground balls and caused 1 turnover in the Fighting Irish’s 22-9 victory over Marquette University.
- Iona University Attackman Francesco Raso scored 1 goal and added 1 assist in the Gael’s 14-9 loss to Long Island University.
- Stony Brook Attackman Justin Bonacci scored 1 total goal across the Sea Wolves’ two contests this week, a loss to the University of North Carolina and a victory over Queens University (NC).
- Dartmouth College Attackman Alex Jessey logged 1 assist in the Big Green’s 13-11 win over Bucknell University.
- Bellarmine University Defenseman Matt Kirton recovered 4 total ground balls and caused 4 total turnovers across the Knights’ two contests this week, a loss to Ohio State and a win over Canisius University.
NCAA Women’s Lacrosse:
- University of Florida Goalkeeper Georgia Hoey made 4 saves in the Gators’ 14-9 loss to the University of North Carolina. For her performance last week, Hoey was named The Big 12 Conference Goalkeeper of the Week.
- University of South Florida Attacker Sofia Chepnik scored 1 total goal and logged 2 total assists across the Bulls’ two contests this week, a pair of victories over Mercer University and Lehigh University.
- Mercer University Attacker Sofia D’Angelo logged 2 total assists and recovered 5 total ground balls across the Bears’ two contests this week, a pair of losses to the University of South Florida and Virginia Tech.
- Johns Hopkins University Attacker Charlotte Smith recorded 1 assist in the Blue Jays’ 12-11 overtime victory over Duke University.
NLL Lacrosse:
- Philadelphia Wings Forward Michael Sowers scored 1 goal, which made the SportsCenter Top-10 Plays, in the Wings’ 13-10 loss to the Halifax Thunderbirds. Sowers’ teammate, Forward Brennan O’Neill, added 2 assists in the loss. This is the second-consecutive week where a Collared Up athlete has made the SportsCenter Top-10 Plays, as O’Neill’s acrobatic goal was the #1 play last week.
MLS Soccer:
- LAFC Striker Jeremy Ebobisse subbed-in and contributed to LAFC’s offensive efforts in their 2-1 loss to Club América (Liga MX).
Pro Volleyball Federation:
- Indy Ignite Middle Blocker Lydia Martyn recorded 8 total points and 7 total kills in the Ignite’s 3-2 loss to the Atlanta Vibe.
NCAA Women’s Basketball:
- Middle Tennessee State University Forward Elina Arike logged 3 rebounds and 1 assist in the Blue Raiders’ 73-63 victory over Western Kentucky University.
