NCAA Men’s Lacrosse:
- University of Albany Attackman Silas Richmond netted 5 goals, including this snipe from deep, and logged 2 assists in the Great Danes’ 15-11 victory over the University of Vermont. For the fourth time this week, Richmond was named America East Conference Offensive Player of the Week. Richmond’s teammate, Defenseman Max Neeson, added a goal in the win.
- Cornell University Attackman Ryan Goldstein scored a hat-trick and picked up 5 assists in the Big Red’s 17-12 win over Syracuse University.
- Princeton University Attackman Colin Burns netted a hat-trick, which included these two scores (#1, #2), and logged 3 assists in the Tigers’ 17-17 win over Brown University.
- On the opposition, Brown University Midfielder Ben Scandone scored a goal, and Attackman Luke Dellicicchi added an assist in the Bears’ 17-7 loss to Princeton University.
- Dartmouth College Attackman Alex Jessey scored 2 goals and logged 1 assist in the Big Green’s 21-12 loss to Yale University.
- St. Bonaventure University Midfielder Drew Kenny and Attackman Patrick Shanahan each scored goals in the Bonnies’ 15-4 loss to UMASS-Amherst.
NCAA Women’s Lacrosse:
- University of South Florida Attacker Sofia Chepenik netted 4 goals, including this finish off the spin move and this score off the one-timer, in the Bulls’ 15-10 win over Old Dominion University.
- Mercer University Attacker Sofia D’Angelo netted 6 total goals, including this score off the free position, across the Bears’ two matchups this week, a pair of wins over Presbyterian College and High Point University.
- Arizona State University Goalkeeper Katie Vahle made 1 save while picking up the win in the Sun Devils’ 20-11 win over UC-Davis.
- Johns Hopkins University Attacker Charlotte Smith logged 1 total assist across the Blue Jays’ two contests this week, a win over Ohio State University and a loss to the University of Michigan.
National Lacrosse League:
- Philadelphia Wings Forward Brennan O’Neill scored 2 goals, including this finish on the doorstep, and logged 3 assists in the Wings’ 16-13 win over the Georgia Swarm.
Pro Volleyball Federation:
- Indy Ignite Middle Blocker Lydia Martyn logged 13 points, which included 12 kills like this one, in the Ignite’s 3-2 loss to the Grand Rapids Rise.
