National Football League:
- Atlanta Falcons Running Back Nathan Carter Jr. rushed for 63 yards and a touchdown on 9 attempts, and caught 2 passes for 9 yards in the Falcons’ 23-20 preseason loss to the Tennessee Titans. Carter Jr.’s teammate, Linebacker JD Bertrand, added 2 tackles in the win.
- Los Angeles Chargers Safety RJ Mickens made 8 tackles and logged 2 pass deflections in the Chargers’ 23-22 preseason loss to the Los Angeles Rams.
- New York Jets Running Back Braelon Allen rushed for 34 yards on 7 attempts, which included this 11-yard pickup, in the Jets’ 31-12 preseason loss to the New York Giants.
- Chicago Bears Linebacker Ruben Hyppolite II made 5 tackles in the Bears’ 38-0 preseason win over the Buffalo Bills. Hyppolite II’s teammate, Linebacker Swayze Bozeman, made 2 tackles in the win.
- Kansas City Chiefs Safety Jaden Hicks made 4 tackles in the Chiefs’ 33-16 preseason loss to the Seattle Seahawks.
- Baltimore Ravens Tight End Charlie Kolar caught 3 passes for 20 yards in the Ravens’ 31-13 preseason win over the Dallas Cowboys.
- On the opposition, Dallas Cowboys Running Back Phil Mafah rushed for 7 yards on 3 attempts in the Cowboys’ 31-13 preseason loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
- Miami Dolphins Defensive End Ben Stille recorded 1 tackle in the Dolphins’ 24-17 preseason victory over the Detroit Lions.
