Premier Lacrosse League:

  • Denver Outlaws Attackman Brennan O’Neill tallied 3 one-point goals, which included this jumping finish and this snipe off the fake, as well as a two-point goal in the Outlaws’ 14-13 win over the Maryland Whipsnakes.
  • Carolina Chaos Midfielder Chad Palumbo netted 4 total one-point goals, which included this score off the spin move and this underhand snipe, as well as a two-point goal, across the Chaos’ two contests this week, a win over the California Redwoods and a loss to the Philadelphia Waterdogs.
  • Philadelphia Waterdogs Attackman Michael Sowers scored a hat-trick and tallied two assists, which included this set-up off the highlight-reel fake, in the Waterdogs’ 13-6 victory over the Carolina Chaos. Attackman Kieran McArdle tallied 1 goal and 1 assist in the win, and Attackman Silas Richmond logged 1 goal.
  • Boston Cannons Attackman Marcus Holman logged 2 assists in the Cannons’ 11-7 win over the Utah Archers.
  • On the opposition, Utah Archers Goaltender Brett Dobson made 12 saves in the Archers’ 11-7 loss to the Boston Cannons.

MILB Baseball:

  • Durham Bulls (Tampa Bay Rays Class AAA Affiliate) Catcher Logan Driscoll went 5 for 13 at the plate with 2 doubles and 1 RBI across the five games he appeared in, all against the Gwinnett Stripers (Atlanta Braves Class AAA Affiliate).
