Q-Collar Week in Review (9/15/25)

This week, athletes wearing the Q-Collar produced notable performances across the sports world. Check out their highlights below.

National Football League:

  • Minnesota Vikings Safety Theo Jackson made 9 tackles and recovered a fumble in the Vikings’ 22-6 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. Cornerback Byron Murphy Jr. added 7 tackles in the loss, and Cornerback Isaiah Rodgers made 4 tackles, which included a tackle-for-loss.
  • Arizona Cardinals Outside Linebacker Baron Browning logged 2 tackles, 1 pass deflection and an interception in the Cardinals’ 27-22 win over the Carolina Panthers. Safety Budda Baker also contributed 8 tackles while Tight End Josiah Deguara added 1 tackle on special teams.
  • Chicago Bears Safety Jaquan Brisker made a team-high 9 tackles in the Bears’ 52-21 loss to the Detroit Lions. Linebacker Ruben Hyppolite II contributed 1 tackle.
  • Tennessee Titans Running Back Tony Pollard rushed for 92 yards on 20 attempts in the Titans’ 33-19 loss to the Los Angeles Rams.
  • New England Patriots Safety Jaylinn Hawkins made a team-high 8 tackles in the Patriots’ 33-27 win over the Miami Dolphins.

  • For the Los Angeles Rams Safety Quentin Lake made 5 tackles and logged 1 pass deflection in the Rams’ 33-19 win over the Tennessee Titans.
  • Cincinnati Bengals Linebacker Logan Wilson made 8 tackles and recorded 1 pass deflection in the Bengals’ 31-27 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Wilson’s teammate, Linebacker Demetrius Knight Jr. made 5 tackles in the win.
  • Kansas City Chiefs Linebacker Drue Tranquill made 6 tackles in the Chiefs’ 20-17 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Safety Jaden Hicks added 2 tackles in the loss.
  • Pittsburgh Steelers Running Back Kaleb Johnson rushed for 1 yard on 1 attempt and returned 3 kicks for 58 yards in the Steelers’ 31-17 loss to the Seattle Seahawks.
  • Buffalo Bills Tight End Dalton Kincaid caught 4 passes for 37 yards in the Bills’ 30-10 win over the New York Jets.
  • For the New York Jets, Cornerback Sauce Gardner logged 3 tackles and 1 pass deflection in the loss to the Buffalo Bills. Running Back Braelon Allen rushed for 11 yards on 2 attempts.

NCAA Football: 

  • University of Kentucky Running Back Seth McGowan rushed for 104 yards and 3 touchdowns (#1, #2#3) in the Wildcats’ 48-23 victory over Eastern Michigan.
  • Georgia Tech Defensive Back Clayton Powell-Lee made 11 tackles in the Yellow Jackets’ 24-21 win over Clemson University.
  • University of Wisconsin Safety Austin Brown made a team-high 11 tackles, including a tackle-for-loss, in the Badgers’ 38-14 loss to the University of Alabama.
  • Middle Tennessee State University Linebacker Parker Hughes made a team-high 9 tackles, which included a tackle-for-loss, in the Blue Raiders’ 14-13 win over the University of Nevada. Running Back Jekail Middlebrook rushed for 67 yards on 10 attempts and caught 4 passes for 30 yards in the win. Safety John Howese IV added 6 tackles, which included a sack.
  • Notre Dame Linebacker Dryak Bowen made 6 tackles in the Fighting Irish’s 41-40 loss to Texas A&M University.
  • University of Oklahoma Linebacker Owen Heinecke logged 1 pass deflection in the Sooners’ 42-3 win over Temple University.

Premier Lacrosse League:

  • New York Atlas Attackman Bryan Costabile netted 2 goals, which included this snipe from deep, in the Atlas’ 14-13 victory over the Denver Outlaws in the 2025 Premier Lacrosse League Championship Game.
  • On the opposition, Denver Outlaws Attackman Brennan O’Neill netted a hat-trick, which included these two scores (#1, #2), in the Outlaws’ 14-13 loss to the New York Atlas in the 2025 Premier Lacrosse League Championship Game. Faceoff Specialist Luke Wierman went 9 for 30 on faceoff attempts with 2 recovered ground balls, and Defenseman Jesse Bernhardt recovered 1 ground ball in the loss.

MILB Baseball:

  • Columbus Clingstones (Atlanta Braves AA Affiliate) Catcher Dylan Shockley went 1 for 8 with 1 walk across the three games he appeared in, all against the Pensacola Blue Wahoo’s (Miami Marlins AA Affiliate).

 NCAA Women’s Volleyball:

  • Southern Methodist University Outside Hitter Malaya Jones logged 38 total points, which included 35 total kills, across the Mustang’s three contests this week, a win over Texas A&M University and a pair of losses to the University of Kentucky and Purdue University. Outside Hitter Jadyn Livings added 58 total points, which included 58 total kills, across the same stretch.
  • Texas A&M Outside Hitter Kyndal Stowers tallied 29 total points, which included 26 total kills, across the Aggies’ two contests this week, a pair of losses to Southern Methodist University and Texas Christian University.
  • Rice University Defensive Specialist Gaby Mansfield logged 2 total points, 34 total digs and 10 total assists across the Owl’s three games, a trio of losses to the University of Northern Iowa, Creighton University and the University of Louisville.
