This week was another exciting week for Q-Collar athletes. Check out some of their highlights below:
National Football League:
- Los Angeles Rams Safety Taylor Rapp logged 7 tackles and an interception in the Rams’ 24-12 loss to the Green Bay Packers. In the Rams’ other matchup this week, a 51-14 win over the Denver Broncos, Rapp made 5 tackles.
- Arizona Cardinals Linebacker Isaiah Simmons made a team-high 11 tackles in the Cardinals’ 19-16 overtime loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Simmons’ teammate, Safety Budda Baker, made 9 tackles.
- Green Bay Packers Tight End Josiah Deguara made one catch for 4 yards in the Packers’ 26-20 victory over the Miami Dolphins.
- Carolina Panthers Linebacker Shaq Thompson made a team-high 6 tackles in the Panthers’ 37-23 win over the Detroit Lions.
- Atlanta Falcons Safety Jaylinn Hawkins made 4 tackles in the Falcons’ 17-9 loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
- Dallas Cowboys Running Back Tony Pollard rushed for 19 yards on 9 attempts in the Cowboys’ 40-34 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles. Pollard also caught 6 passes for 61 yards, including this 9-yard reception, in the win. Tight End Dalton Schultz, caught 3 passes for 43 yards in the win.
- Philadelphia Eagles Running Back Boston Scott returned 2 kicks for 54 yards in the loss.
- Seattle Seahawks Tight End Colby Parkinson caught 3 passes for 45 yards in the Seahawks’ 24-10 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.
- Buffalo Bills Linebacker A.J. Klein made 1 tackle in the Bills’ 35-13 win over the Chicago Bears.
- Cleveland Browns Linebacker Jordan Kunaszyk made 1 tackle in the Browns’ 17-10 loss to the New Orleans Saints.
NCAA Football:
- University of Toledo Quarterback DeQuan Finn completed 16 passes on 24 attempts for 133 yards and a touchdown in the Rockets’ 21-19 victory over Liberty University in the 2022 RoofClaim.com Boca Raton Bowl. Finn also rushed for 23 yards and a touchdown in the win.
- Baylor University Linebacker Dillon Doyle made 10 tackles in the Bears’ 30-15 loss to Air Force in the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl.
Pro Men’s Lacrosse:
- Waterdogs Attackman Michael Sowers, Chaos Defenseman Jack Rowlett and Chrome Defenseman Jesse Bernhardt all made The US Senior Men’s National Team for the 2023 World Lacrosse Men's World Championships in June, 2023 in San Diego!
NCAA Basketball:
- University of Georgia Guard Audrey Warren scored 8 points in the Lady Bulldogs two games, a loss to West Virginia University and a victory over San Diego State University in the West Palm Beach Invitational.
Pro Soccer:
- University of Maryland Midfielder Malcolm Johnston was selected in the 1st Round, 26th Overall by New York City FC in the 2023 MLS Super Draft. Johnston’s teammate, Defender Chris Rindov, was selected in the 2nd Round, 37th Overall by Sporting Kansas City. Congrats guys!
