Q-Collar athletes started 2023 in a big way. Check out some of their highlights below:

National Football League:

  • Dallas Cowboys Tight End Dalton Schultz caught 7 passes for 56 yards and 2 touchdowns (#1 & #2) in the Cowboys’ 27-13 win over the Tennessee Titans.
  • Seattle Seahawks Tight End Colby Parkinson caught 5 passes for 36 yards and a touchdown in the Seahawks’ 23-6 victory over the New York Jets.
  • Green Bay Packers Safety Adrian Amos made a team-high 8 tackles and intercepted a pass in the Packers’ 41-17 victory over the Minnesota Vikings. Amos’ teammate, Tight End Josiah Deguara, caught 1 pass for 4 yards in the win.
  • Carolina Panthers Linebacker Shaq Thompson recorded 12 tackles in the Panthers’ 30-24 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
  • Los Angeles Rams Safety Taylor Rapp recorded a team-high 9 tackles in the Rams’ 31-10 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers.
  • For LA's other team, Chargers Linebacker Drue Tranquill recorded a team-high 9 tackles in the victory. In the Chargers’ other contest this week, a 20-3 victory over the Indianapolis Colts, Tranquill recorded another team-high of 11 tackles. Wide Receiver Joshua Palmer, made 2 catches for 16 yards against Indianapolis.
  • Atlanta Falcons Safety Jaylinn Hawkins made 6 tackles in the Falcons’ 20-19 victory over the Arizona Cardinals. Cardinals Linebacker Isaiah Simmons recorded 5 tackles in the loss.
  • Philadelphia Eagles Running Back Boston Scott rushed for 6 yards on 2 attempts and returned 1 kick for 15 yards in the Eagles’ 20-10 loss to the New Orleans Saints.
  • Washington Commanders Defensive End Casey Toohill made 3 tackles, including this pursuit, and a sack in the Commanders’ 24-10 loss to the Cleveland Browns.

NCAA Football:

  • University of South Carolina Wide Receiver Xavier Legette caught 7 passes for 78 yards and 2 touchdowns (#1 & #2) in the Gamecocks’ 45-38 loss to Notre Dame in the 2022 TaxSlayer Gator Bowl. Legette’s teammate, Wide Receiver DK Joyner, caught 3 passes for 35 yards including this 26-yard grab.
  • Baylor University Linebacker Dillon Doyle was selected to participate in the 2023 NFLPA Collegiate Bowl. Congrats, Dillon!

NCAA Basketball:

  • University of Georgia Guard Audrey Warren scored 4 points in the Lady Bulldogs’ 56-53 loss to the University of Alabama.

NCAA Hockey:

  • University of Massachusetts-Amherst Defenseman Elliott McDermott was collared-up for the Minutemen’s two games this week, a loss to Clarkson University and a victory over Lake Superior State University in the Kwik Trip Holliday Face-Off.
